AFTER I POST AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL GETS SEND OUT BY WORDPRESS, HOW CAN I CANCEL THIS?

  Every time I post a blog post, I receive an email from WordPress, with a summer that a blog post was posted. The email address the email gets send from is: (email visible only to moderators and staff), the email also gets send to my other followers. I would like to STOP/CANCEL sending out these automated emails, as I would like to send out my own (more customized) newsletters, after I post.
