After losing my Gravatar profile on my About page, how do I get it back?

  My About page displayed my default Gravatar profile, which I was happy with. But when I tried to add a “Contact Form” to my About page, my Gravatar profile disappeared. I then tried to revert back to the way it was, but was unsuccessful. Would support please revert my About page back to how it appeared on April 21, 2014, so that my Gravatar profile is back on this page? The url is now http://williamwesleyfilms.com/about-2/ and I don’t think the original page url had a “2” at the end of it. Could that be the issue? Please excuse my ignorance, as I am new to website/blog creation. Also, as I was trying to add a “Contact Form” to this page, would you please add it (if possible), so that my About page displays both my Gravatar profile and a Contact Form? Thank you!

  Hi, I’m reposting this issue (below) because it’s been about four days since my original post and it has not yet been resolved by Support:
