After Migration Problem

    I have migrated the wordpress files to the new server,i have changed the database and configuration files.]
    But after changes, i have run my web address(index.php), but its loaded long time, finally “ERROR REQUEST FILE” this message is occured. And I have upload another sample file (example: a.php) this is worked successfuly, the both files are in the root path, I have not able to activate the index.php

    This is My Problem on wordpress. Please give me Solution for this one.
