  Importing from Wix is something you must do yourself, https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-from-wix/.
  What is the URL of your site?

  Hi @rabito175, I can see you do have a site here though it isn’t a paid site. Did you happen to set up another account? If so, could you log in as that user?

  Or, could you tell us the email address associated with the other account? If you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.

  @staartmees just noting we do have an importer here: https://transferto.wordpress.com/wix/

  If you click on that it attempts to import things for you.

  
  @rabito175 is that the one you are using? I do recommend using it on the correct account if you’ve already paid with another.
