After payment unable to restore theme and plugins

  Hi I am David Preston’s web tech and I am still unable to restore the theme we were using. Please advise what we need to do to move the hosting so we can access the wordpress installation

  Your domain http://www.davidprestonartist.com has expired and is in redemption.
  After the grace period ends, your domain enters the redemption period, the length of which can vary. This means the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost.

The forums are not ideal for supporting the advanced features of your Business Plan site, as we don’t have access to the internal tools needed to do that here.

  The domain, davidprestonartist.com, is not in redemption, and only expires in August 2019. It was in redemption recently, but was renewed almost a week ago. If you see it as in redemption in a Whois lookup, whatever Whois service you’re using is showing severely outdated information, so you might consider using a different service for Whois lookups.

  I am using whois.com and it is showing the outdated info.

  That is completely outdated, yes. For most TLDs it’s best to go right to the ICANN whois page. That’s the most accurate in my experience: https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=davidprestonartist.com
