after performing word press latest update i cant log in to my admin again

  @ macmanx help me the new wordpress update just crashed my blog after updating now i cant have access to my wordpress admin…pls urgent attention needed..here is my blog url (http://www.jobpointsagenda.com) and when i try to log in it shows me 404 not found and this is what shows on my tab http://jobpointsagenda.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F
