After some recent updates. I found that I now cannot login to my admin panel.

My host advised me to update and disable certain files through Filzilla ftp, but to be honest I don’t really know what I’m doing and I think I’ve made things worse.
My website http://www.killingtonarts.com have these faults listed at the top.
Warning: include(/websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/ki/ll/in/killingtonarts.com/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/ki/ll/in/killingtonarts.com/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 74Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening ‘/websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/ki/ll/in/killingtonarts.com/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php53/share/pear:/usr/local/php53/share/php’) in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/ki/ll/in/killingtonarts.com/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 74

Hi @killingtonarts,
Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums.
Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/If you don’t have a username at that forum, you’ll need to register before posting.
