  I apologize for the work this creates for your team, however, after purchasing and testing out the Shelf and Tapestry Themes, I don’t think they will work for my blog. I wasn’t able to tell for sure by only using the ‘preview’ function. I needed to be able to navigate and see how posts looked to decide for sure. Can you please advise on how I should submit a request for a refund?
