After update I have multiple problems.

I recently updated multiple items when I logged into my dashboard. Since that update I have had issues. The first was the white screen of nothing, which ended up being the wp-super-cache. After fixing that I still had an issue. Mainly when logging into my dashboard it shows none of my info for my website. It shows 1 page when I have 22 and my studiopress theme is not there, none of the posts are there. When you go to my site, http://www.autoenhancers.net you can visit the pages and read the info it is just in the wrong template.
How do I get my dashboard to have the right information.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to the footer of your theme and click the “proudly powered by WordPress” link. It takes you to http://wordpress.org/ because that’s a WordPress.org install and you are posting to the wrong support forum. You must post to http://wordpress.org/support/
