After upgrade to 2.6.2, Right Sidebar Disapears. Help.

    I just upgrades to 2.6.2 from 2.5 using the Automatic WordPress updater and now my right side bar is gone.

    It’s still there in the sidebar.php, but it is just not showing up.

    and here is the sidebar.php

    For some reason it won’t display was the search function, which is only half displayed.

    Any help would be great!
