After upgrade what do I do next

  I have upgraded to premium. What do I do next. How do I remove the wordpress from the url. Point me to what I should do after upgrading. Thanks..

  To add a custom domain to your wordpress.com site, simply log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard, click on Store–>Domains, enter XXXDOMAINXXX in the “add a domain” box and click the “add domain” button. Then simply follow the instructions that appear to register your domain.

  Let me further explain. I created the free site jaxcreblog.wordpress.com and then I upgraded to the premium level.
  Are you saying I add the new site as jaxcreblog. Does it automatically move over what I have on the jaxcreblog.wordpress.com to jaxcreblog.com. Thanks, I have read many posts but am still missing something. thanks..
