After wordpress update wp-admin HTTP ERROR 500

  After I updated my website aajreport.com to the latest version of wordpress, I am no longer able to login in the admin area.

  I type: http://www.aajreport.com/wp-admin
  I get redirected to: http://aajreport.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F

  and it generates: HTTP ERROR 500

  I tried all web potions but no relief.

  Please help.

  It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  With that being said, I would take a look at this page that gives some common causes of that error:

  If that doesn’t help or if you have any other questions, I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
