AGAIN – trouble with the audio player widget

I am having ongoing issues with the audio player widget – which seemed to have been resolved after the widget seemed to have been upgraded or redesigned. However, I am now having a new issue
the Track names on the playlist do not appear in the widget. Worse – the text appears over the photos on my page. This creates a terrible appearance but worse – I bought this site BECAUSE of the audio player. I am a composer – and needed a way for potential clients to review my work without shuffling through pages of the site. This feature – so important to me – has been constant problems for months.
I have not gotten real attention to my concerns. PLEASE – either deal with this or tell me it will not be addressed. In that case, I will find an alternative for my website but will then demand a refund from wordpress.
