    Hello WordPress,

I’m part of a growing Revenue and Marketing agency with many different clients. We are now at the start of building website themes for our clients and we were wondering if WordPress had an agency option where with one master login we could work on different client sites? Have multiple accounts synced to one master log in.

    Hi there,

We do not offer agency or developer accounts, no.

But there are no limit to the number of sites you can create in a single account, and you can also give other accounts access to any site.

So, I’d recommend one of the following:

    1) You make the sites for your clients in your account. You purchase all upgrades, build the site, and once it is finished you either transfer ownership of the site and its respective upgrades to the client, or you retain ownership and just add your client as an admin so they are able to manage it themselves.

    2) You help your clients through the process of registering a username account and site, and they purchase any upgrades themselves. Then they add your account as an admin on the site, which will give you full access to the site to do what you need to, and in the case of the Business Plan will also allow you to contact live chat support.

Let me know if you have any more questions about these options.

    Hi alexeisespinosa,

we were wondering if WordPress had an agency option where with one master login we could work on different client sites?

Multiple sites can be created within one WordPress.com account. You could then invite people to be users to the sites with various levels of access. There is some information about the different users roles here:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

These user accounts would only have access to the site they are invited to, rather than the main account under which all of the other sites were created.

Will that do what you are looking for?

I’ll be here if you have any questions.

Thank you so much for your answers, I really appreciate your response!

I actually have one last question.

If one site gets damaged due to malware, etc… would it affect the others?
Or are they independent of each other?

The sites are independent of one another.
