  Nope, absolutely irrelevant.

  I’d like to suggest a few things for the site as to what I have seen so far;
  1. There should be a forum link for new subscribers.
  2. There should be a ‘how to’ section of best methods, swiped from forums or whatever.
  3. TOS should be clearer. Especially about linking and copyright etc.

  Hi. At WordPress.com, there are over 100 themes you can choose from, but you cannot add themes you find on the Internet. More details and reasoning here:

  There are sticky posts on the front page of the forums explaining best practices and some basic rules already. There are also many support documents giving the basics about starting a blog at WordPress.com. A good place to start is:
  http://learn.wordpress.com

  In regards to what links you can put, this support doc covers part of the subject:
