AI and Agent Support

  It’s very frustrating that I have been waiting 4 days to speak to a human agent and keep getting put in waiting loops by the AI and nothing ever comes of it. Ther are images and videos not working after a restore and I need an agent to look into this as it’s website wide. Despite being a business customer with apparent “priority support”, I have been ignored for 4 days. Not good at all. Can someone please action this?

  @sreehgs The AI tool is broken and so I cannot get any help for a domain transfer for my site.

  @sayhellogmbh We have not had any additional reports of the AI tool not working. I also just tested it and was able to reach a human support agent without issues.

  Please start a new thread if you need help with a domain transfer, as this thread was originally about something else.
