  I need to contact Human support. How do I initiate a paid plan to access human support.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Human support is provided by WordPress.com once you’re on a paid plan.

  To start a paid plan and contact human support:

  1. Log in to WordPress.com with your account
  2. Go to Upgrades → Plans and choose a paid plan
  3. After upgrading, go to Help → Contact Support to reach a human support agent

  Billing and support access can only be handled through your WordPress.com account, not via the forums.
