  I speak no French, but google translate suggests that you are trying find out about howe to embed a video into a widget.

  If you are trying to embed a youtube video into widget, you can use the text widget and add the youtube short code. Here is a document that explains it in detail. Embedding other videos could be similar, but I haven’t tried. Embedding should work as long as there is no javascript in your embed code.
