  How do I see what Akismet is blocking. How would it know what to block. I haven’t found much info in the forums.

  Check the Comment / Spam tab of your dashboard. Caught spam will be shown there for 15 days.

  Not all spam is shown there – WordPress.com now automatically deletes comments from the worst and most persistent spammers. Only the worst of the worst are deleted.
