  I would like to turn Akismet off completely. I have found many comments made from business places are placed and deleted as Spam. I like to look at all spam before it is deleted. I can not find any kind of link to look at the Akismet Spam files. They appear to be auto deleted.

  Akismet cannot be disabled on WordPress.com blogs, but feel free to mark them as “Not Spam” to educate the engine.

  Before you do that check the link left by the commenter and make sure that’s something you want on your site.

  Many spam comments are vaguely relevant, but exist only to link to a store, get rich quick scheme, etc.

  I can not find where to see the spam messages that the Akismet has marked as spam. Where do I find the messages before Akismet deletes them?

  You can find these in the Spam sub-section of the Comments section on your Dashboard.
