Akismet Block-Blank Pages

I comment on a variety of blogs, and noticed yesterday that each time I submitted a comment it went to a blank page. I thought there must have been a problem with their blogs, so I tested on my own blog. Even commenting on my blog led to a blank page!
Frustrated, I used my blog as the testing site. I submitted comments and found that Akismet was blocking my domain. But I also discovered that NONE of my comments were being saved in Admin for review. They were not even flagged as being spam, the comments never got recorded!
This is frustrating because I can’t even comment on my own blog with my URL. Is there any solution or fix to this? I understand spam is a huge problem, but for the comments to not be recorded at all is very discouraging. :( I wonder how many people are having this problem that try to post on my blog and the many others.
