Akismet cancellation

    I cancelled my wordpress site and all associated subscriptions last year but my akismet subscription is still being charged and I can’t find any way to cancel it or get a refund on the payment just taken from my credit card

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Hi there!

    It looks like there are no active subscriptions on the WordPress.com account you’re logged into. I also checked, and no Akismet transactions took place on this account either. This means you have a different WordPress.com account where the charge occurred.

    To help us find it, could you please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the charge details on the form? Once it’s located the charge, you’ll see a contact form to submit the information to us. We’ll get back to you via email after you’ve sent us the details of the charge via that form. (Please do not post the transaction details on this public forum.)
