Akismet cancellation

  I shut down a WP site last year but was billed for Akismet in November. I don’t see any information on WP.com that Akismet is active or how to terminate it. Suggestions?

  I don’t see any Akismet subscriptions connected to this WordPress.com account, so you are being charged from a different one. Could you go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the details of your payment? You’ll see the option to submit a contact form shortly after filling out the charge details. Please fill that out, and our billing team will get back to you via email.

  Thank you. I did that and it found the transaction. Said I was charged for an annual subscription. It asked if I wanted to log in to Akismet in order to see the subscription and I said yes. On the Akismet account page, it said I don’t have a subscription. I don’t see the contact form you mentioned.

  Actually, I resubmitted the request to find the transaction and found the contact link. I submitted a request through that and it said it will open a ticket. Fingers crossed!
