Akismet challenged?

  Has anyone else noticed more (but admittedly only a few) spam comments getting past the Akismet radar lately? Mind you Akismet is still excellent.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  ninglun,

  Have you used the Spam button to report these to Akismet? (My sources say no)

  Sorry, just for clarification, having just read the Akismet FAQ. When I marked the offending comments as “spam” does that not alert Akismet about that comment or commenter? Please note these really just are questions. I am not complaining. I love the way Akismet works.

  Yes, marking them as spam sends them to Akismet, and that’s what I’m referring to.

  ninglun, please contact Akismet support with the details (a few examples of the spam would help, just whatever you can remember about them).
