Akismet stealing my comments

  Comments on my site are being captured and removed by Akismet plug in. It states it’s removed 28 spam comments. But I have not signed up for this plug in. It’s not in my list of plug ins. it’s not in settings. I have no way to see my account, to see the comments captured or to cancel it. It’s working like a ghost plug in removing all my comments and blocking my access to them.
  When I ask for assistance it says they assist paid customers. So how I remove this invisible plug in to see my community comments.
