Akismet SubScription Receipt Emails

I have a subscription to Akismet Pro (AUD$15/month).
I have noticed the monthly receipt emails are no longer being received in my email account.
From my wordrpress.com account dashboard I manually trigger the email receipt to be sent by clicking:
Purchases => Billing History => Email receipt
The message says it has sent the receipt email, but it is not recevied in my email account.
I have stepped through the various suggestions on this article:

– it does not appear in the spam / bulk email folder
– the email address is working as it is still receiving emails from other services
– the ’30 minute wait’ seems irrelevant as emails haven’t been recevied for at least 60 days (last receive email was on 8 Mar 2024, 7:18pm AEDST)
Are you able to confirm if there is an issue with receipt emails being sent out?
(I am asking here as the functionality of sending receipt emails appears to be part of the ‘wordpress.com’ account) -

Thank you for reaching out. After reviewing your account’s email logs, it appears that you requested two receipts to be emailed to you. Both receipts were successfully sent from our system approximately 12 hours ago.
Since your account email address uses a custom domain, I recommend checking with your email hosting provider to ensure that they haven’t made any recent updates to their filtering software that could be blocking emails from WordPress.com. In the meantime, you can view the receipt in your Billing History area and print it for your records.
