Akistmet Business Account Locked Out

  I work for a business whose Akismet account is locked out, due to a missing authenticator. It’s been complicated due to the fact that an employee set up the authenticator on their phone, left the company on bad terms, and refuses to respond to us.

  When this person set up the account, they also didn’t log much info. Although we have the username and password, we do not have the Site URL, so we have been unable to fill out a contact form or recovery form since that was made to be a required field.

  We just got billed for the account too and do not want to have to do a chargeback. We would prefer to actually just recover the account and not go through all of that. Is there some email address or other way I can contact support since we cannot fill out the forms? For context, I logged into a separate WordPress.com account in order to post this.
