alaskanwellnessadventures.wordpress.com doesn’t exist

When I try to log into my site I get ‘alaskanwellnessadventures.wordpress.com doesn’t exist’. Also, the favicon from the now defunct alaskanwellnessadventures.wordpress.com is showing up. Domain-wise, I pointed the nameservers to the new server yesterday and it looks like it has been propagated, so I don’t know why content from alaskanwellnessadventures.wordpress.com is showing and I am not allowed to log into, work on, or see the new WP site on the new server.

On another note, on Jan 7, 2017 we paid for WordPress.com Premium for alaskanwellnessadventuresdotcom.wordpress.com for $99.00. We decided to go with wordpress.org for additional control and options. How do I get a refund and get this account turned off? I stopped Premium, but did not see anything about getting a refund for the remaining time.

It looks like I am screwed on the next year’s hosting. I found the 30-day rule on premium plans.

What is causing content from the old …dotcom.wordpress.com site to show up when trying to work in wordpress on the new site? What do I need to do to get everything from this old account deactivated?
