Albanian localization

  Guys! The Albanian localization is crap. I’m Albanian and I do not understand most of the terms are used in the translation. The syntax is also full of errors. I did try to use it but it was impossible.
  How can one contribute with the translation and fix this problem.
  I’m part of a translation and localization service and can assure the quality.
