  Hi, Im trying to renew an account I have set up alcooperbuilder.co.nz, but can seem to sign in / find it. Can you help?

  The site I need help with is kennedybee.wordpress.com.

  Hi there, looking at a WHOIS query for your domain, the name servers are currently pointing to WordPress.com.

  Is it possible you let your WordPress.com website’s upgrade plan lapse? Or is it possible to need to be logged in to a different WordPress.com account to access it?

  I’ve also gone ahead and flagged this thread for Staff assistance.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  The domain mapping upgrade for alcooperbuilder.co.nz expired 7 days ago which is why it’s no longer working. To renew this, you need to log into the account that originally purchased this upgrade, then visit your purchases page and click that upgrade to renew it now:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
