Alert message missing word – cancelling expired domain (Spanish interface – ES)
-
My custom domain expired 49 days ago, and the blog now is not accesible because there’s an overlayed notification on it’s homepage (in ENGLISH).
In the lower section of the notification there are 2 buttons, one for renewing and other for cancelling the domain.
This page [https://davidrborquez.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades&action=domain-cancel&domain=davidrborquez.com&ref=expired-domain-alert&_wpnonce=3de28a4669] is shown after clicking on the ‘cancel this domain’ button on the overlayed notification. The message is:
No puedes cancelar este dominio porque no ha sido en WordPress.com. Ponte en contacto con el servicio técnico.
This sentence is poorly written in spanish, because it lacks the context of the verb:
…no ha sido [missing word] en WordPress.com.
So I changed the interface to english to figure out what it could mean.
The sentence is:
You cannot cancel this domain because it was not registered with WordPress.com. Please contact support.
wich should be translated as this:
No puedes cancelar este dominio porque no ha sido registrado en WordPress.com. Ponte en contacto con el servicio técnico.
It’s just a word, but it gives the whole sentence a meaning ;)
I hope this helps. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
