Alerts do not work on my site. the icon will not open the page

  When I click on the top right hand corner icon, the alarm bell, this box will not load properly.
  Grateful if you can help.

  Could you tell me which browser are you using?

  Firefox doesn’t display notifications properly if cookies are disabled.
