alien comments from foriegn feeds

  Sappiness Engineers;
  I am afraid i dont even know the blogging lingo to x-plain the problem. But, I keep getting bad comment feeds from alien blogs.. can I do anything about that? It’s really annoying. Thanks 4 ur time and help.
