Align subscription renewal payment does not work

    A customer signed up for a subscription 18th of march and I have set the subscription to align to the 1st of every month after that. However, 1st of april the payment didn’t go through so I automatically renewed it. But now it has automatically withdrawn a payment from her the 18th of april.

    It therefore seems like the subscription is renewing every month from the day she first subscribed. But I have ticked off the boxes to renew every 1st of the month.

    If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
