align the paragrahs

It’s important to me that my texts, the main paragrahfs, be in a correct form in the page. Not do the right, not in the left, not in the middle. So the botton to do this way disapear em my dasboard. What is happening? Please, fix ou repair this. It’s beein a bad experience to me. Thks.

There arte two buttons missed:
a) justify text
b) underline textHowever, Calypso has both buttons.
