Aligning a single line of text beside small image

  I am trying to align a very small image beside a line of text. I have searched and searched and searched and can’t find anything that tells me how to do this without creating some form of a table. It is not off by much but the line of text is either at the top right corner of the image or the bottom right corner of the image and not in the center. Can someone give me a pointers on how to do this? You can see what I mean here: http://www.chscseniorwomen.com/schedule-and-results/results/

  Do note that your website is not hosted on WordPress.com.
  This forum is for websites hosted on WordPress.com.

  To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:

  Thanks for your response but not exactly what I am looking for but thank you for trying, and its definitely not host related. In answer to your question yes i do have an account already set up. Next question: So if this is for sites hosted on wordpress.com where do we go since this is open source to get our common questions answered?

  Sorry I should have indicated that I resolved the issue. I used the following CSS on the image to resolve the situation:

  .imgalignvertical {

  position: relative;
  top: 25%;
  transform: translateY(-25%);
  }
