Aligning or centering the form on the contact page

Hello,
It seems to be perhaps impossible to appropriately align or at least center the form on the contact page I’ve created here:
https://melyndaannemoseleyk.wordpress.com/contact/
When I am editing the page, the form appears centered on the page, but on the published page, it is not.
Any suggestions?

It looks like that page no longer exists.
Would you mind adding it back, or create a test page showing the problem?
