Aligning Pictures etc…

1. Need help with aligning the pictures to be the same size after I press update. Once I resize them, it shows that they are all even then once I click update then they’re not the same.
2. Wanting to change the background of my drop-down on home and tour from with another color to be able to see the words when you click. the arrow to see what’s there.
