Aligning text and pictures.

Aligning text and pictures. I cannot place the pictures and the text where I want them to go. I have tried following the instructions in the help without success. It doesn’t matter if I choose right, left, center, or none. The text only goes at the beginning of the post and continues down the page either between the pictures or to the right or to the left. Is there a code for putting more spaces between text?

Please use a specific post as an example and explain exactly what you want next to what.

Here is the post. I experimented with the codes and this is how it ended up. I don’t know how it changed fonts. I’m new at this. http://wp.me/p2kWaI-7Z

a) The font changed because you pressed the wrong buttons. You need to switch the editor to Text (=code) and delete all of these (four each):
<blockquote> </blockquote>as well as these:
<ul> </ul>b) You didn’t explain what you want placed where. Assuming you want an image with some specific text next to it, then another image with some specific text next to it etc, and no mixup between each image/text pair and the next, you don’t do it by adding blank lines, you do it by cancelling the wrap-around effect of left- or right-aligned images. To do this, you need to enclose each image/text pair this way:
<div style="clear: both;"> IMAGE CODE AND CORRESPONDING TEXT HERE </div>Same thing for the content that follows the last image/text pair.
