aligning text columns

  I can’t seem to align two columns of text in a culinary lexicon I’ve posted …
  Tried to do it manually using space bar …
  Tried using alignment boxes ….
  No luck … any inputs would be welcomed

  Example

  Aji Chombo Scotch Bonnet, Very Hot, Indigenous
  Ajonjoli Sesame Seed

  I can align them in my post but they revert back to a random pattern when I publish
