alignment and missing text, all over the place

Hi there, not sure why this is happening but with long titles on my blog posts the text starts going off screen and continuing how it should, but too late because about 3 or 4 letters are usually missing, or more, i also have a poll as a text widget on my sidebar, and the bullet options are in the middle and the text is aligned wrong because it looks like the text of each option is aligned in the middle too as the text appears over the top of the bullet options

When you create long titles with no spaces, WP and the theme do not know where to wrap the title to the next line. Titles such as, “Resident.Evil.Trilogy.2002-2007.BlurRay.1080p.x264.DTS.dxva-xander” are a problem. The only place WP and the theme can figure to break that title is at the ” – ” between dxva and xander. This is nearly always going to result in broken titles, no matter what theme you use.
