Alignment and Size don't appear under Add media file to URS

  I just bought a new Dell Inspiron computer, and went from dial up to 3.0 high speed internet, I brought up my wordpress site, and tried adding an image to my post. When I went to “Add media file from URL” Alignment and Size fields did not appear. How do I make them appear?

  After you insert the image, if you hover over it in the Visual Editor you’ll see two small icons. Click on the picture icon and it will open an image edit window where you can specify image size and alignment.

  By the way, is there a special reason why you’ve marked each of your Posts as stickies?
