Alignment of pages on iPhone

Is there any way to adjust your settings to allow your pages to be mobile-friendly? For example, if I go to some of my pages (ie: my Coaching page on my website (http://mtgilchrst.wordpress.com), on my phone, the formating is off, and most of the page is pushed over to the left.

When I have a table, it reaches across into the margins, and makes it hard to read.

    Any thoughts?

What you are seeing is the mobile theme, but it shouldn’t be pushed over to the left like that. Here is some additional information about the mobile theme:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/mobile-themes/

You can turn the mobile theme off in from your Appearance > Mobile page, but the Andreas09 theme you are using is an older theme and isn’t setup with a responsive design, so it won’t adjust to the smaller screen width automatically.

Because the Andreas09 theme design is so old, it has been retired, and you might consider switching to the Able theme which was designed to replace Andreas09. The Able theme has a mobile-friendly responsive design by default (you would want to turn off the mobile theme in your Appearance > Mobile settings to see it after switching themes). You can see a live preview of the Able theme on your blog by going to https://mtgilchrst.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php?theme=pub%2Fable

And you can test out the mobile version of the Able theme on your phone by viewing the demo at http://abledemo.wordpress.com/
