All Account information and Domain Records and Payment history lost

  I have had my website and domain for 10+ years. Over the past year, however, I have no longer been able to access any of my dashboard, including my pages, my account info and or my payment history. I can not edit or see my stats or ANYTHING! Everything is blank to me, although I believe outsiders can still view it… I don’t see any way to contact a real customer service rep to find out how to fix the problem. Any suggestions please! Thank you!

  I guess you are logged in to the wrong account. As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to the account owning that site by using the Transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
