ALL Category assignments are gone!

  The blog is http://www.exkalibur.com.
  Friday everything was fine. Today, all categories are gone…all posts are showing as uncategorized. We are talking about hundreds of posts.

  Any idea how this could have happened or what to do to fix it?
  My client is very upset.
