All content removed after new theme was updated. please help.

  I was making my blog website and decided to install a theme. As soon I installed the new theme, all the work that I had done before disappeared, including blogs I had written. I do not have any back uo of my writings. Please help me retrieve my work. I have not yet published my blog. I am still in the creating of a blog phase.
