All Facebook likes from all posts have disappeared

  Hi there,
  I’ve just published a new post on my blog, and since then all my posts have lost their Facebook likes. I still have twitter notifications though.

  Any way this could be mended? I don’t have much activity on my blog, and losing those cherished Facebook likes is quite disappointing !
