all Images appear as thumbnail

  All the new images I upload on a post now appear as thumbnail even they have a very decent size. Previously, my images were displayed as large as the post. But now, even if I use images that were large in a previous post, it appears as a thumbnail size.
  How can I make my images bigger?

  That’s the theme you’re using. It only displays thumbnails on the main page.

  Hi Raincoaster, thanks for your reply. But actually I don’t think it is the theme I am using as it was not displaying thumbnails up until today. I’m not referring to the homepage (which displays thumbnails and only large pictures for sticky posts) but to posts were all pictures should be of large size.
  Any other reason you could think of?

  I am having this issue too. I would like my photos to appear large on my pages, as wide as the width of the text, as is a best practice in web’s most popular blogs. The motif theme keeps resizing all photos on all pages to thumbnail size, which looks odd when you center the photo. Is there a way to override the auto-thumbnailing?

  Hi berlincallingdocumentary,
  I finally found the answer! For some reason my pictures were categorized as thumbnail on the attachment display settings on the right column of the media library (when you select your picture).
  Perhaps is it the same issue that you are facing.
