all images of medialibary are in every gallery, wouldn´t have it so

Hello together, i am new here and speak to you in hope to get a hint while the seller of my theme (themeforest) didn´t support it in every way!
I have buyed the photography theme Rhea and everything is good since i upload the images that i want to use for my different galleries and i speak not from html blog galleries but of the template (php) galleries.
So i had upload all my images and want assign them to 3 different galleries, one homepages gal, one photogallery and one for the tumbs that are needed to link several vimeo videos to the video portfolio.
With the homepage gallery everything goes fine and the thumbs for the vids are also no problem but if i go in my photo gallery i have all pics in there i have uploaded includind the homepage pics and the vimeo thumbs!!
Naturally i didn´t want it so and have tested many ways to get it right, but no way.
Also i look at the exclude tutos for html blog galleries with the images ID´s! No chance while i didn´t use html galleries and even can´t use that for me. And i realy can´t exclude them while they are not realy in the photogallery, they are only in the media Libary.
Every image i upload goes automaticly in to the photo gallery, as well if i didn´t assign them to this gallery!
Is the a plugin that allows me to set prios in the medialibary or exclude for different galleries.
Is there any way to solve this horror? Because otherwise the theme is obsolete for me!
Can anyone help me out of this?
