Wordpress seems to have suddenly, without warning, removed Classic Editing.
I just changed one word on my blog post – https://thejohnfleming.wordpress.com/2021/03/25/eccentrivia-clinton-death-biscuits-and-criminal-copper-pc-oliver-banfield/
and all the images embedded in the previous version have disappeared. There appears to be no way to revert to the previous posting which showed the images. HELP!!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there, are you using this?
https://thejohnfleming.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.phpIf so and your menu options changed, this post may help:
https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/unified-navigation/We do recommend transitioning over to blocks as soon as you can, though, since the Classic editor will not be available indefinitely. You’ll want to use it periodically and let us know what issues you’re running into so we can get them addressed before then. These posts may help:

Thanks.
https://thejohnfleming.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php
is exactly what I want.If I go via My Sites it takes me to a totally different drop-down menu at
https://wordpress.com/home/thejohnfleming.wordpress.comBlocks is appallingly counter-intuitive, wildly over-complicated and an utter nightmare except for nerds. I can’t even figure out how to put a sized picture within the text.
THANKS for your help.
John
